Root to Rise Yoga Event
Join us for a free, all-levels yoga pop-up designed to ground your body and lift your spirits as spring begins. We'll move through an energizing session with instructor Amy Koenig, stop at an herb & flower planting station, and send you off with something nourishing for the road.
