Gilda’s Club: Yoga with a View
Join yoga instructor, Abby Chmil, for this inclusive and accessible yoga class supporting your body and mind through breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement. We'll explore postures on the mat, kneeling, and standing, with options to adjust intensity based on your comfort and energy level. Every body is different and so is every yoga practice, but we suspect you’ll come away from this one feeling simply rejuvenated!
Gilda’s Club: Tai Chi on the Lake
Join Tai Chi practitioner Vernice McDaniel for a slow-flow session focused on gentle movement, mindfulness, and stress relief. You’ll learn how to weave simple, restorative exercises into your routine to boost balance, flexibility, mood, and overall well-being. With over 20 years as a meditation coach, Vernice brings a calm, welcoming presence to help you reconnect with your body and find your center—no experience needed.

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is done while seated or using a chair for balance. Join Page as she guides you to build strength, enhance concentration, and harness deep breathing for body and mind.
Gilda’s Club: Grief Yoga with Laverne Santangelo
Please join Laverne Santangelo, LPC & RYT, for a unique mindfulness experience aimed at supporting emotional release and healing and helping navigate the intensity of grief. Laverne’s practice incorporates guided yoga and mindfulness practices, breathwork, relaxation, and essential oil aromatherapy to guide you on this journey. No flexibility or yoga experience are necessary, and chairs will be available to make this program accessible to all.
