Brought to you by the Gilda’s Club of Metro Detroit:
Are you a knitter or crocheter? Do you love embroidery, cross stitch, or needlepoint? Perhaps you are a spinner with either a spindle or portable wheel. Whatever your fiber art of choice the mindful, repetitive motions of these timeless crafts can help you reduce stress and anxiety and improve memory and focus…and the social benefits of crafting with a group can’t be beat! We invite new and experienced fiber artists alike to join us at The War Memorial! A small number of supplies for knitting, crochet, embroidery, and cross stitch will be available or please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. This is a casual group, but at least one experienced stitcher will be on hand to help you learn or troubleshoot your craft.
When: Every Tuesday; 1-3pm
Please visit click the button above or call Gilda’s Club of Metro Detroit at 248.577.0800 to register!
