Brought to you by the Grosse Pointe Artist Association:
Have an idea for a painting, but unsure of where to start? Come join Liz Frankland in her independent study class! Over the four-week course, Liz will help you follow through on your ideas from concept to creation.
The class is open to all artists: new and veteran, alike. Each student will receive one-on-one guidance tailored to their experience level and their goals.
The relaxed but informative class structure is perfect for the summer.
THE PROCESS
1. You will cultivate your ideas using multimedia to create preliminary sketches to sharpen your composition skills. You are encouraged to bring references for inspiration.

Most importantly, you will create a painting and develop more confidence as an artist!
