Merry & Bright Holiday Dinner
Experience the charm of the historic Alger House at its most festive time of the year during our Merry & Bright Holiday Dinner.
Enjoy a chef-curated three-course meal by Executive Chef Joe Paxton, beginning with a Shaved Brussels Salad and followed by your choice of Slow-Roasted Prime Rib or a comforting Turkey Pot Pie, accompanied by family-style sides. End the evening with a decadent Roasted Sweet Potato & Pecan Pie. After dinner, head to the lakefront ballroom for an upbeat live performance from Detroit crooner Ben Sharkey, making for a warm and memorable holiday celebration.

Breakfast With Santa
Families get an amazing view from the ballroom windows as Santa arrives by helicopter! The event features fun holiday crafts, an opportunity to visit with Santa, and an amazing brunch curated by The War Memorial Executive Chef.
Families are invited to celebrate the season with Breakfast with Santa at The War Memorial, complete with Santa’s iconic arrival by helicopter. Guests can enjoy a chef-prepared breakfast served across multiple stations and capture memorable holiday moments. Each ticket includes breakfast, a holiday craft activity, a sing-along performance, visit with Santa, and a make-your-own hot cocoa station to round out this joyful experience. Two seatings are available at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
