Brought to you by The War Memorial and in partnership with the Grosse Pointe Artist Association, explore the complexities and history of the Vietnam War at an exhibit that aims to educate the community on this conflict and its legacy.
The exhibit, titled The Long Vietnam War, includes artifacts and stories from Vietnam War veterans, family members, and organizations The Grosse Pointe News, Swords Into Plowshares Peace Center and Gallery, Burton Historical Collection, and the Michigan Military Technical & Historical Society.
The exhibit will run thru Veterans Day in The Patriot Gallery which is located underneath the Ballroom of the Fred M. Alger Center on the waterfront side.

Vet-To-Vet at The War Memorial
It’s almost time for The War Memorial’s next veterans gathering: Vet-To-Vet on Thursday, May 1.
Start the month, and your morning, off right in the presence of fellow veterans. This is a chance to meet with veterans, share stories of service, and connect with the Veterans Committee.
