Awaken Your Senses: An Evening of Yin Yoga, Massage & Sound Bath
Start your weekend with a restorative experience designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance. This 75-minute class blends the grounding practice of yin yoga with hands-on massage and the therapeutic vibrations of a sound bath.
You’ll be guided through supported yin and restorative poses, allowing time for deep release as skilled practitioners provide gentle massage to ease the body into relaxation. The morning concludes with a sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments, creating calming vibrations that promote healing on a cellular level.
During class you can enjoy a complimentary mimosa—an uplifting optional addition to your morning of self-care.
