Thank you for your interest! Our Tree Lighting Ceremony is currently seeking vintage, antique, makers and gift vendors for our November 22nd Holiday Marketplace.

• The market takes place on the War Memorial Grounds during the tree lighting from 4-7pm on Sunday November 22nd. In 2026, the holiday marketplace will open at 3pm to accommodate attendees that only want to shop the marketplace without worrying about tree lighting traffic.

• Set-up takes place beginning at 9am on the day of show.

• Each vendor will receive a six- or eight-foot table and a tablecloth covering. Six foot table spaces will be $65 and eight foot table spaces will be $75.

• No wall hanging will be permitted.

• If you need a larger space than 1 table, please make a note of this in the comments below.

• If your application is accepted, we will send you a link to pay the space fee.

• We have a few outdoor spaces available, please reach out to ce@warmemorial.org if you are interested in one of those spaces.

• Applications are due by October 15, 2026. You will be contacted to confirm participation by October 25, 2026.
