Giving Back: Great Lakes National Cemetery Volunteer Day
Making a Difference Where Heroes Rest
Join us for a meaningful day of service at Great Lakes National Cemetery as we work together to honor and remember those who served our country. Volunteers, along with War Memorial employees, will help care for the cemetery grounds, support beautification efforts, and contribute to preserving this important place of remembrance.
No special experience is required—just a willingness to lend a hand and make a difference. Bring your family, friends, or fellow community members and be part of a day dedicated to service, respect, and gratitude.
Together, we can help ensure that the final resting places of our nation’s veterans remain dignified and beautifully maintained. The day includes breakfast at The War Memorial, transportation, and lunch.
A special thanks to Ron and Mary Lamparter for their generous contribution in support of this event.
