About Dena Bostwick
Dena is a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 500 hours of training, who has had a personal practice for over 15 years. She completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training at Lifetime in Bloomfield, MI and her 300 Hour Teaching Training in Koh Samui, Thailand at Vikasa with world renowned Yoga Teacher, Jonah Kest and Yoga Philosophy & Meditation Master, Alexey Vyazovov.
To her, the most rewarding part about teaching is sharing the practice with others to help them deepen their self-awareness and extend beyond ordinary limits. She has overcome many challenges throughout her life with the help of the ancient practice of yoga and hopes to help others do the same.
Dena is trained and experienced in teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Vinyasa and Yin, in addition to teaching children ages 3 and up. She looks forward to continuing her education and helping others on their yoga journey.
Lisa Fischer is a certified Sound Healer and Trauma Informed Somatic Life Coach. Her own journey of self development and healing over the past few years has allowed her to experience many different healing modalities and truly fall in love with the power of sound and how it can be used to create transformation.
As someone with a very busy mind, she fell in love with sound healing as a way to calm her mind and truly be still. It has allowed her to fall into some of the deepest meditative states that she has ever experienced and truly understand how to rest. She believes that sound healing is needed in today’s society and can have profound effects on people. She cannot wait to connect with you through sound!
