The Wayne Health Mobile Units represent the future of healthcare, providing ‘care your way, where you live and work,’ with the long-term goal of improving population health outcomes. The mobile units deliver an ever-expanding menu of health services directly to your neighborhood or place of employment. We are here to help you and we will be there every step of the way.
The Wayne Health Mobile Unit will offer the following services:
COVID-19 vaccine Please bring your CDC card if coming for your 2nd, 3rd, or booster dose
Pfizer (FDA approved for 16yr old & up, EUA for 5yr-15yr old)
Moderna (EUA, 18yr old and up *2nd and 3rd Doses ONLY, NO 1st dose due to shortage in State)
Janssen (EUA, single dose, 18yr old and up)
COVID-19 PCR testing (3+ years old)
Blood pressure screening
Diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
