Just rescheduled! In this beautiful setting by the lake, we will move slowly, gently, and with intention. By deepening our breath and tuning into our senses, this guided meditation will bring sweet relief to your busy mind and tired body.


This free class is hosted by our community partner The Family Center of Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods. They will be able to answer all additional inquiries. Please bring your own blanket or mat.
