The War Memorial presents…
Night Cap. Fueled by soul.
Featuring the At-Will Band.
Come on over to The War Memorial for Night Cap—a special evening designed as your perfect midweek escape. Unwind with good company, curated bites, and great music in an atmosphere that blends laid-back comfort with elevated style.
This edition of Night Cap features the smooth vocals and rich grooves of Detroit’s own At-Will Band, bringing soulful energy to the most iconic setting. Join us as The War Memorial’s lakeside ballroom transforms into an elegant lounge, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the shimmering waters of Lake St. Clair—a backdrop as unforgettable as the music itself.
Every guest will enjoy a curated charcuterie platter and an assortment of petit fours, served just before the music begins. Grab a drink from the bar, settle in, and let the rhythm carry you through a night that’s as smooth as the view.

Thank you for your support!
For over 75 years, The War Memorial has been committed to its original dual purpose set forth by the Alger family: to serve as a perpetual memorial to servicemen and women whose sacrifices ensure our freedoms and to provide a vibrant center for community enrichment. Today, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, revenue from ticketed events and support from our partners and donors directly contribute to continuing this mission. Together, we ensure The War Memorial remains a welcoming place to honor veterans, create lasting memories, and serve the community's well-being for generations to come.
