Artistic Programming

The War Memorial’s rich heritage of presenting world-class performing artists, speakers, and culinary masters continues in our Arts | Culture series. Our collaboration with partners such as the Chamber Music Society of Detroit, Detroit Opera Theatre, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and the Detroit Institute of Arts, among many others, makes The War Memorial a hub of activity for Southeastern Michigan.

Performing Arts

Few things in life provide the same thrill as a perfectly executed live performance, and The War Memorial presents world-class artists all year long.

Speakers

The War Memorial presents both nationally and regionally known speakers, exploring history, culture, and the ideas that shape us as a community.

Food and Drink

Showcasing the crème de la crème of culinary and libations masters, The War Memorial hosts a full season of tastings, demonstrations, and meals.
