Better Balance with Qi Gong


If you would like better balance then this is the class for you. The time-tested practices of Qi Gong and Tai Chi will have you feeling more sturdy on your feet.  We will practice whole body exercises, specific leg and balance exercises, and graduate into more dynamic movements.
