National Veteran’s Memorial and Museum-Columbus, Ohio
Wednesday, May 8, 2019
There are more than 20 million living veterans throughout the United States, from our Greatest Generation to our recent heroes coming home from Afghanistan and Iraq. And yet, there is no single monument or museum dedicated to the Veteran’s experience. There are institutions that focus on specific conflicts or branches of service, but there hasn’t been a place for us all to join to celebrate and honor the sacrifice of all our veterans, past and present…until now. The National Veterans Memorial and Museum, officially designated by the Federal Government, opened on Saturday, October 27, 2018. Lunch at the café inside the museum.
$87 for adults/seniors or $73 for Veterans (must show ID)
(includes motor coach transportation, museum entrance and bus snack; lunch on your own)
Arrive for check-in no later than 7:15am
Return to The War Memorial by 7:30pm
