A fusion of fat-burning aerobic activity and great core strengthening exercises. We will use weights, bands and mini-balls to target those torso muscles. Please bring a mat and water.

CPR/AED/First Aid

Be prepared when seconds count! Learn from the American Red Cross programs that set the national standard to respond effectively during an emergency. You will learn the proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and practice and demonstrate skills on a mannequin. Adult CPR w/AED, Infant and Child CPR and First Aid certification cards will be issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Please arrive to class at least 15 minutes early.
