Self Defense for Seniors *NEW CLASS* 

This workshop is a no-nonsense program designed to help keep seniors safe.  Learn simple strategies that can make a lifesaving difference in reducing your risk to crime and methods that can stop criminals from hurting you.  The material in this workshop will focus on methods that require minimal physical abilities. Topics include prevention, unarmed self-defense and the use of personal protection devices.

CPR/AED/First Aid

Be prepared when seconds count! Learn from the American Red Cross programs that set the national standard to respond effectively during an emergency. You will learn the proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and practice and demonstrate skills on a mannequin. Adult CPR w/AED, Infant and Child CPR and First Aid certification cards will be issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Please arrive to class at least 15 minutes early.
