Engage. Aspire. Taste.
Join us for an enticing three-course dinner and cooking demonstration featuring Chef Moses Fishman, Chef De Cuisine at LATIDO @ joebar in Hazel Park.
LATIDO @ joebar is a Latin American concept rooted in culture, cuisine, and creativity helmed by Chef Fishman and Executive Chef Michael Barrera. Latido, meaning “heartbeat,” represents a progressive and fresh Latin American menu, created with a sinuous, steady hand and a focus on high quality, regional ingredients exploring the boundless flavors of Panama, Peru, and Argentina.
You’ll learn culinary secrets from Chef Fishman while enjoying his delectable menu — and you’ll leave full, happy, and inspired, taking with you recipes for all of the dishes featured during the event.
At The War Memorial, we believe in the power of cuisine as art. Over the past few years, we’ve worked to bring the top chefs from Detroit (and, indeed, from around the world) to our kitchen, hosting special evenings of food, connectivity, and exploration. Our 2019/20 series of culinary adventures features adventures in food spanning a variety of cultures and flavors.
