Kirk Erickson, Actor/Director/Teacher/SAG Member
A week-long experience for actors, this camp provides one-on-one instruction, group exercises and collaboration, scene study, and a thrilling concluding performance. Working with actor/director/teacher and SAG member Kirk Erickson, students will grow their abilities, techniques, and repertoire in a supportive, creative, and stimulating environment. The curriculum will be custom-tailored for the group, resulting in an immersive theatrical experience for each participant. Open to campers in grades 6 - 12 with varying experience levels.
Each camp session, as well as the concluding performance, will take place onstage in The War Memorial’s beautifully renovated Patriot Theater.
Actors should wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and sandals are strongly discouraged
Actors interested in musical theater will have the opportunity for vocal coaching, although singing is not required of any participant
